Separated at birth

jeff_chase Okay. Nothing terribly deep here. But it bugged me for a while that Jeff from Top Chef really, really reminded me of someone. Then I realized it was Chase from House.

Top Chef always makes me hungry.

Flea, if you meant a different kind of hunger, well, that's between you and Jeff (the Top Chef one) and Chase, I guess. :)

As long as we're on Top Chef, isn't Carla one of the oddest-looking people you've ever seen? She makes me think of Big Bird every time I see her, with those eyes and the nose and thin face and the hair pulled back ...

Carla's an odd one, all right. A friend of mine from college is a huge Carla fan, and Dina kind of likes her, but she drives me crazy. Very odd-looking and her personality bugs me.

I'd like to try some of her desserts, though. :)

Yeah, her personality is definitely part of it. Also very bird-like, with the head thrusting and the eye-popping. Weird.

And while I'm always up for a dessert, I can't say her cooking has ever inspired food-lust in me. She's just kind of a meh chef.
