Rock the vote!

Stained, Glass Windows is running a poll on which book blogger Gary should read next. Devil's Cape is losing to Shirley Jackson! I've lost the lottery before, but I've never lost to "The Lottery" (yeah, I know--different story; I'm just cracking wise here).

Vote for Devil's Cape! Win one reader at a time!

Yeah, OK, this is pretty tongue in cheek. But it's an interesting blog and I wish Gary's books were a little easier to get ahold of over here in the United States. Jigsaw Men sounds like a cool read. Check out the site.

Dude, this is not exactly a contest worth burning any favors over. I'm just funning here. :)

Not wishing to brag, but my vote has just pushed the poll in your favour (from a dead-heat) :-)

Let's go for a landslide now... :-D

I'm not burning any favors. Like the Acrobatic Flea said, let's go for the landslide! Besides, it's fun to crash polls.

And a landslide it is, folks!

Nice bit of organised poll crashing, Rob - guess I get to read Devil's Cape next after all!

Just wait till you hold a poll...

(Oh and by the way, Amazon.com or .co.uk should stock my stuff!)

Spork Boy and Acrobatic Flea: Thanks for the support, guys!

Gary, sorry for the poll slam. It was all in good fun. Don't feel obligated. :)

Clinton, I certainly remember you. Your grandparents are terrific. I'm glad you like the book.
