A cartoon (probably from the 70s) that featured a teenage wolf man, Frankenstein's monster, and Dracula? I think that maybe they fought crime.
So far my Google fu is not working its usual magic.
This is bugging me.

This is not ringing a bell at all. I am, however, excited to see this from my childhood (Zelda!) -- http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000AA4F2E/qid=1141254048/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/104-3433767-3527969?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=130
Man, your childhood was way too recent.
Is this it? The Monster Squad?

I don't think it's a cartoon, though.
Or maybe The Drac Pack: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0220892/
To make amends for all the havoc his uncle, Count Dracula, caused, his great nephew leads a team of superheroes made up his friends. When they strike their hands and yell "Drack Pack Wacko!", they transform into teenage versions of Dracula, The Frankenstein Monster and a werewolf. Together, they oppose the plots of Dr. Dred and his minions who threaten the world."
No Google fu here either, but IMDB to the rescue!
